Second Nature or Slimming World

Yet again I find myself utterly miserable about my weight. I have 5 stone to lose and can't seem to stop stuffing my face.
I can't do it on my own by calorie counting as I always put it off and think "I can start afresh tomorrow". I need something with structure.

I have done Slimming World before and lost quite a bit of weight, although I got bored of the plan after two months. is it worth having another crack or should I give Second Nature a go. I have looked at it online and although it seems pricey I am feeling quite desperate. Can anyone offer their experiences? I really can't carry on as I am.

Noom.

I honestly can't recommend it enough. I've lost 10kgs on it and so far it seems very sustainable. I could move now to just logging and regular weighting to maintain.

The trial is £1 and then if you cancel and say it's because it's too expensive they drop the price.

Honestly it so good and really gets to the nub of your issues with weight

Thank you, I will check this out. I do feel I need something more involved as I haven't managed to lose weight just calorie counting. I think my relationship with food is just so bad, that i need to do something different.

It's really good for that as it very gently gets you to think about how you view food and eating.
