Pilates YouTube recommendations?

I normally do hiit workouts by fitness blender on YouTube but I have injured my ankle and can't do any kind of running/jumping etc until it's better.
I'd like to do Pilates in the mean time (I can put weight in it etc, just not high impact stuff). I follow various Pilates peeps on instagram but that's too bitty - I'd like a whole routine I can follow along to.
Can anyone recommend any (free) YouTube Pilates people please?

I really enjoy Move with Nicole on YouTube. I have been practicing with her for over a year. There is a great choice of classes on the channel and she is a brilliant teacher.

Thank you! I will look her up. I prefer to get a recommendation rather than trying random people!!

There’s a particular woman who does work out that don’t involve jumping ect for people who live in apartment and want to do a ‘quiet’ workout.

not much help as I can’t remember her name but I’m sure you’ll find her if you type in Pilates quiet workout.. that’s what I do 😂

Thanks - I'll try that!

If you are not opposed to yoga I'd recommend yoga with Adrienne on YouTube.

Jessica Valant Pilates is great for all levels, IMO.

Have you looked at Fitness Blender's Low Impact programme?

Alternatively Madfit has whole series on both low impact and apartment friendly which are no jumping

Try Lottie Murphy on Youtube.

Ooh thanks - love it when a thread that has gone quiet suddenly bounces back. Will check these all out!
