Ozempix or saxenda ... Tablet version

Could anyone tell me what they are using as a tablet version please? I'm under a consultant endochronologist and had been taking saxenda 6 months but given results seem better under ozempic I had asked for that at my most recent appointment in July. I've had slow steady losses and excellent blood test improvements with the drugs so far. I'll be abroad for 6 months next year without regular access to a fridge and was wondering what the tablet versions are called? Some posts here mention people swapping to tablet forms and I'm wondering if they are easier/ easily absorbed/ do side effects stay the same? All info would be great. If tablets can do the same job that would be great
