Fill up on soup, don't have tempting junk food in the house and get plenty sleep. When the cravings come, keep telling yoursel if you avoid, the scales will give you a good present.

No crap food in the house.
Intermittent fasting, i.e. 16:8
No ultra processed food, sugar, refined carbs or alcohol
Eat mostly lean protein and lots of vegetables
Walk walk walk - wear ankle and wrist weights
Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day - try Lucy Wyndham Read and Growingannanas on YouTube

And remember it's a change in lifestyle, not a quick fix - it will take a couple of years - but it can be done!

OP given you weight and medical history I would recommend you go to your GP and seek advice. (I envisage any dieting service like WW/SW would you want to do this in any event). They might have referral schemes to gyms and other services. They also might be able to offer you referral to a dietician.

Given your medical history please do not take advice from a forum (most of the diet advice dished out on here is terrifying anyway). Speak to a GP and go from there
