Hi. Is anyone following a Rosemary Conley diet?

I am starting the GI Jeans diet (again) today and would be pleased to hear from anyone else for support.

interested to see if anyone is doing this as well, most seem to be doing WW or SW. Recently got the book as well and it looks quite good, just need to get my arse in gear!!

I have done SW (too much cooking, but I did lose nearly a stone after DS2 was born), and WW (too much weighing) at home. I like RC because I don't have to think, just choose from a list of pre-planned meals, and she allows for a glass of wine every day.

Since DS3 (6 1/2 months) I now have another stone to lose, so five or so stone to get shot of. There is a lady in this months RC magazine who is shorter and older than me, but suffered from similar health problems (back pain/sciatica and depression) and lost 7 stone, so I am feeling quite inspired by her, but motivation is hard.

I did try the two week kick start plan before christmas, but I found it too hard as I am breastfeeding. DH lost half a stone in a week though .

I quite like her workouts too and have the salsacize DVD, I quite fancy the Colleen Nolan one as she looks great.
