and we still don't have lots of answers about weight loss, dietary advice etc etc?

Is it as simple as we've all got different bodies? It's the same as different bodies react to different things eg some smoke all their life and don't get lung cancer etc?

You get people saying the answer is low carb. No it's not it's low calorie. No it's not it's when you eat. No it's not it's high intensity exercise.

Or is it just we're all bamboozled by the massive money making diet industry pushing all the latest fads promising The Answer that actually, it really is simple and we can't see the wood for the trees. Or the food for the emotions. Or whatever .... Grin

I mean, I suppose I believe whatever works for you.

It really is simple, in a way ALL diets (as in restrictive calories) work. You can choose any, low carb, low cal, keto, just eating a bit less, anything)

It is also really hard. As there is constant temptation to eat nice things and to give up on restrictions (boring! Hard!)

So yes, it is simple. But also hard
