I need some help!
I think the anti-psychotics that I take (quetiapine) are impeding my Ability to lose weight… but I need to!
I’m peri, on HRT as well as antidepressants and mood stabilisers.
i am 5’7 and weigh between 11 stone 11 and 11 stone 6. It can go from .6 to .11 in a day - I always weigh straight out of bed in the morning. I used to be an hourglass, but now have a large wobbly tummy (thanks peri), chunky legs but quite muscular looking, arms are Ok with some definitions. Bingo wings and love handles - check! 😂 waist recently dropped from 36 to 34. I wear size 12/14.
My aim is 10 stone, body toned, 30 waist max and size 10.
Exercise wise - sedentary job - try to do 10k a day but don’t always achieve. Walk 20k plus at weekends. Live in hilly city with a up and down coast path that I walk at during the weekend. I walk fast. Caroline Girvan (iron series at mo) 2/3 times a week. Barbell workout once week lifting heavy. Pilates once a week. More onto heavier weights/ workouts as I strengthen .
Food - fast 800 keto plan . 800-1000 calories a day. Sometimes have a bowl of ff greek yoghurt, protein shake, strawberries, small handful of nuts. Not more than either one of those a day. Drink 3 teas with splash milk, otherwise water. No alcohol, bread, pasta, rice, junk food etc.
please wise MNs, what else can I do……
