Anyone used them or followed is plan recently with any success?
I’ve got at least a stone to lose.
I can’t work out which plan to follow. I’m thinking of starting off with his readymade juices and then continuing myself.
I have a juicer and blender.

since having covid in June I feel I need to get my health back on track.

I’m intrigued too, I was going to do similar have a week of readymade then move on to making my own. I’ve previously done a plan for about 5 weeks and it was really successful. But I’m really struggling at the moment. I genuinely don’t recognise myself so I need to do something

I've done the 3 day juice a few times and you do lose 3lbs but it's hard work. The juices are nice.

I went to his retreat in turkey where they do it all
for you. A week of juice and swimming and exercise. Didn’t cheat. Didnt even lose a pound!!

I've been in his retreat in turkey too. I think I lost a few pounds but they soon came back. It does work as a quick fix but not long term. A very relaxing week though!
