60 Day Diet!

Hello! Anyone want to join me on a 60 day diet?

I'm 50 years old, male and retired. I spend most of my days playing with boats, and eating crap. I need to lose weight!

Last year I lost almost 5.5 stone in 7 months (May 2021 - Dec 2021). I went from 18st 4lbs down to 12st 13lbs and felt GREAT! I could walk further, run, jump etc.

I went from a XXXL to a M sized clothes, I could fit into any clothes I wanted and actually looked good. I was showered with compliments from friends and family and I actually looked so different, some people didn't even recognise me. I had a thread on here charting my progress but it has since been deleted (6 Stone to lose - My Journey).

Anyhow...7 months later and I have put on nearly 2 stone! 😯

I'm not upset, and can still fit in size Large clothes but would love to get back to my lowest weight, if not better. In around 60 days time my brother is getting married and I really would like to look and feel good for his special day. So I am starting a 60 day diet with the intention of losing around 1stone 12lbs.

Anyone is welcome to join me, see how much you could lose in just 60 days! It's not long, you can do it!

Starting weight = 14st 11lbs
Target Weight = 12st 13lbs
Current Weight = 14st 11lbs

Weighed in this morning and 1lb loss! It's not much but it is a start and is going in the right direction.

I've cut out carbs such as bread etc, cut out processed foods and also sugars.

0% fat yoghurt and bran for breakfast. Soup, apples for lunch, chicken salad for evening meal and eggs for snacks in between.

Roll on the next weigh in!

Starting weight = 14st 11lbs
Current Weight = 14st 10lbs
Target Weight = 12st 13lbs
