I need to lose weight…. Fast

I am going on holiday in 13 days and none of my clothes fit. I am about 10 pounds heavier than I was this time last year and if I could just shift those pounds it would make my life a lot easier.

how can I lose weight quickly? I am over 15 stone so I am hoping if I do anything quite drastic the weight will come off easily?

then when I am back I know I need to start a sustainable, long-term, healthy eating plan.

any tips??

Shit ton of water, no bread or pasta, eat only meat and unlimited veg.

I lost 8lb in 3 weeks doing this before my holiday last month.

I ate fruit for breakfast, soup and carrot/celery sticks for lunch, and chicken or fish with veg for dinner.

Ooh these threads are always fun! You're going to have to accept an edge of hunger as your best friend. Go to bed still peckish. A few days of that will shift poundage.

There are other sciencey things you can do re salt, water, bloating etc but dropping calories sharply is your number one. It's a high risk ime because if you flip out you might just go rogue and eat the whole fkn house in rebellion but if you can truly focus on your goal then you know you can do it. Best of blimmin luck!

It depends. If you have the mindset to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks you may do it.
As advised eat veg and drink water.
Or just buy new clothes because by day 2 of your holiday you will probably be eating and drinking a lot and the weight will go straight back on.
You want to enjoy your holiday not worry about clothes fitting.
Scour some charity shops or Primark if you don’t want to spend much.
