One meal a day?

I'm fed up of thinking and managing food and am very much an all or nothing mindset when it comes to diet.
In desperation, I'm turning to one meal a day in the hope of losing 2 stones and gaining all the other benefits that come with fasting.
Any success stories, inspiration or advice would be wonderful Smile

You may well lose weight that way but guaranteed you'll put ut all back on again unless you're planning on only eating one meal a day for the rest of your life.

I’m doing 18:6 intermittent fasting (using Zero app) with calorie counting using my fitness pal (both are free apps) and I’ve lost 3 pounds in the last 7 days. I walk a brisk 10k steps a day too.

If you’re serious about omad, I’d work up to it but have a look into 16:8 and see how you feel about it. Reddit has a good intermittent fasting sub Reddit.

I sleep so much better, my mental clarity and health have improved and I’m rarely hungry. Everything seems to taste better too.

Hit your daily protein and fibre goals whatever you decide as you’ll feel full and drink water.
