Anyone tried this? A friend has lost 2 stone in 4 months. It feels quite pyramid like to me.

MLM scheme. Avoid at all cost.

Very pyramid. Watch the documentary ‘Betting on Zero’

Gingernaut · 28/06/2022 05:33

You're right. It's a barely legal pyramid scheme.

It is MLM. The products are your standard processed crap full of artificial sweeteners etc much the same as any diet products. The diet advice is not appallingly bad - more protein, more veg, low carb etc, but you can get the same online on loads of free forums, loads of books etc. Their aim is to sell their products & recruit more people.

Eat more veg, especially eat a variety of different vegetables, less carbs (especially the highly processed white kind), try to cut out as much processed food as you can, especially the ultra processed types of food that you couldn't make in a normal kitchen.
