Anyone experience this? Headaches when eliminating bread/wheat from diet?

Have stopped eating bread ( and pasta ) wheat really over the last 4 days. Have still eaten oats/porridge/oat cakes etc and veg, fruit. Over the last 2 days I have had a really horrible headache. Is this anyone else's experience? Is it just withdrawal symptoms?

Any ideas or feedback gratefully received!

Quite normal when you eliminate things from your diet...your body is used to it, and gets to miss it, thankss to all those little addictives so and so's, etc...

It should pass pretty soon. I started low carb in the new year and had a nasty headache for a couple of days but have had no problems since. Drinking plenty of water helps. Hang in there!
