The human being diet?

Has anyone tried it? I've bought and read most of the book and am super motivated (and a little scared) to start tomorrow!

I'm pretty disgusted to say that my weight in the last 5 years has gone from 11 st 7 to 15 st 7, god typing it makes me feel worse! In that time I've had 3 miscarriages and 2 beautiful babies so my weight has not been my priority but I'm now ready to get fit and more energetic for my 2 boys.

I need something structured and 'strict' hence me choosing this, plus I think the science seems logical, any reviews hugely appreciated!

I'd also like to know how the diet of human beings is going.

How do you choose people to kill? Aren't you worried about getting caught? Can you eat other things on this diet?
