Stupid question, but what do people use to keep on track?
I have wanted to lose weight for ages but just don't seem to stick at anything long enough for it to take effect, or make long lasting changes to bad habits.
Wondering whether people have found anything that helps keep them on track (other than will power!).
I'm considering signing up to Noom because I've heard it looks at thought processes as well, but just wondered what tactics others use!
