...and only a huge belly? Everything else healthy size? I really need to lose weight. I have a lot of visceral fat. My BMI is 29.9 and whilst I know it isn't that accurate, I'm definitely overweight. I've been eating healthily and exercising regularly for the past week but have a horrid feeling I'm just going to be fat forever. I have a sedentary desk job and it makes it so hard to feel energised. Any motivational tips?
