I am trying to get back into exercise after many years of chronic illness which has led to a lot of weight gain. I now have big boobs, big tummy and even bigger bum (I always had a big bum even when I was slim so you can get the gist!!).
I have a couple of long tunic (not vest tops) style tops that cover my bum that I got from sainsburys a few years ago that are still ok but would like a few more as I am hoping to exercise most days as am also battling with (what I think is perimenopausal) anxiety. So a lot going on.
These are perfect but sainsburys don’t seem to be doing anything similar now. I don’t really want a vest top style as I want something to also cover the top of my arms, hence a tunic is perfect.
I have searched online but can’t find anything similar. Anyone know of any tunics available along these lines? Doesn’t have to be in a wicking material particularly. My current ones are just t shirt material and that’s fine for me at the moment as I can’t do anything super strenuous yet.
I’m pear shaped so needs to have plenty of room round the hips (anything too straight up and down tends to be either too big on top and/or too tight around hip).
I’ve also thought about maybe a long line vest top (I’ve found one that covers bum completely) with a looser shorter top on top but can’t find anything suitable so any suggestions like that would also be fab.
I wear leggings on the bottom usually as I don’t like too much flappage. 😬
