Has anyone spoken to a psychologist for binge eating issues? I have an issue as although I love healthy food and eat healthy meals, I ruin it by binge eating sugar in between. Today I bought a multipack of chocolate and ate the whole lot. I’m putting on weight but can’t stop.
I find my life pretty overwhelming (run my own business, kids etc) so I think it feels like a release from the stress of everything. I recognise that but still can’t stop.
Has anyone had therapy for this and would you recommend the person you saw? So many of them are operating via Zoom at the moment I am hoping location won’t matter.
