Hi everybody! I couldn't see a recent thread on this so I thought I'd dive in and make one! I have a number of bad habits that make my weight hard to manage; very early start in the morning (so never want super early breakfast), office with LOTS of snacks, constantly, and working through lunch. So I am trying Huel. I have opened it this morning - nice t-shirt, good packaging. I've ordered the flavour sachets because I read a lot of reviews saying it tastes like bland porridge. I've just had my first 250mL (1 scoop) with chocolate flavour. It's better than many of the protein shakes I've tried in the past. I'm thinking I will do 1 scoop breakfast, 1 scoop snack, 2 scoops lunch and then normal dinner. Also lots of water!
Anyone want to join me? Any success stories?
