As above, really. I would like one without protein powder cos protein powder scares me, i know nothing about it

I have been using bolognese muffin recipe but i am so bored of it now. I like that they are just ready to go and i can eat them at my desk

Not sure what you mean by bolognese muffin but I do egg and cheese. I fry a few mushrooms, ham, onion, cherry tomatoes and spinach. Spread amongst a 12 muffin tray, then top with a mixture of 6 eggs, cheddar cheese and herbs. Cook for 30 minutes.

Do you mean muffins as in cakes or muffins as in bread that you put in the toaster?

MagpiePi · 21/02/2022 19:07

why does protein powder scare you? Why can't you find out anything about it?

I've made these muffins with bacon, egg and tomato www.slimmingeats.com/blog/make-ahead-bacon-egg-potato-breakfast-bites . The same websute has this one with egg and sausage but I've not tried it www.slimmingeats.com/blog/low-syn-sausage-and-egg-breakfast-muffins ? The nutritional information including protein content is at the bottom.
