👋 so I am a 41 year old mum of 4 who has never exercised in my whole entire life. I have been on a weight loss journey this last 11 months and lost 5 1/2 stone, 1/2 St to go.
I started walking initially and built up my speed and stamina. Can walk for miles now at a really good pace.
Then I added hooping, built that up to 30 mins non stop with added resistance bands/arm exercises.
Since the new year I have been weight training. 3 x a week. Push/pull/legs 1 each per week and then abs everytime I train. I am now up to using my 5kg weights (started off with just the Dumbell bar oh dear!). 3 x sets 12 reps 3 different exercises.
I added skipping and am on day 5 of a 14 day beginners challenge. I have 2 weeks off work so this fits in nicely.
I am currently hooping and skipping everyday. And I went for my first run today (30 sec intervals). I am not a runner! So I'm not sure how that will go.

When I get back to work I will prob skip/hoop alternate days so my week will look something like this.

Monday: push/abs/skip
Tuesday: hoop
Wednesday:pull/abs/skip
Thursday:hoop
Friday: legs/abs/skip
Saturday: skip/hoop/run
Sunday: skip/hoop/run

Is this enough? Not wanting to build muscle but after having 4 kids (youngest 12) and losing such a lot of weight I would just like to be more toned with less wobbly bits. I can already see some definition in my abs and thighs. Which I have never had before.

I'm just after a bit of advice really. Is this a good combo for toning up? Should I be doing something else? What have you done to lose the flab and how long did it take you?
Thank you.

I'd get this moved to Exercise chat topic OP. Sounds amazing though congrats! 👍🎉
