Hi all,

So in a big to shift some lockdown weight I have started calorie counting (going really well and really enjoying it) however I really need to up my exercise.

I did one session of "skinny pigs" tonight and had to be sick half way through its horrendous how unfit I am.

What's the best way to tackle this and where do I start?

Just for reference, I'm 27, 13st 4lb, 5ft 6" in height (if any of that is relevant)

Thank you!!

Brisk walking an hour a day - 350 calories burned

Start off by walking to build up your fitness levels before going all in. Low impact bodyweight exercises then you can progress to adding in some resistance bands and from there can move on to light dumbells

Have a look at Lucy Wyndham Read on YouTube. She does 7 minute workouts that are for toning. There are loads to choose from and she caters for all abilities.

I swear by Leslie Sansone Walk at Home
Some free stuff on YouTube, but there’s a nice app as well.
