Do boobs deflate?

So I'm small breasted, after my first child my boobs deflated, which left me quite depressed. After my 2nd child my breasts have perked up a bit and I've put on quite about 2 stone. I'd like to lose weight but I am worried by breasts will shrink. How likely are they to?

Yes they do

I must admit I need to manage how much running I do as I tend to lose weight in my boobs very quickly. They don't say, just get smaller. So have found doing strength training of the back chest and shoulders helps with losing weight but building muscle around my boobs to make them look perky. I like Kelsey Wells on the Sweat app.
