I have cut out alcohol for the last 3 weeks. Was drinking a fair amount before this.

I have joined a gym & am permanently aching after PT workouts.

I eat healthily.
Walk lots.

I'm sooo tired and feeling defeated.
Why have I not lost 1 bloody pound???

Overestimating calories burned underestimating how many calories you are actually eating?

Do you track your food on My Fitness Pal or similar?

The only time I never lost was when I was also adding my exercise and I was eating the calories ‘earned’ back. I then saw a lot of posts about people suffering the same because exercise calories aren’t logged very accurately apparently.

You have to eat less than you actually burn in order to lose weight. So if you eat 1800 cals per day but only burn 1600, you will not lose weight.
