Feel down about how I look

I'm going to start this by staying that I am not overweight. I lost some weight over the past few years, at my biggest I was almost 12 stone, I'm now under 9. I'm usually around 8.5 but I went on holiday for a week and put on a good few pounds.

At my normal size this is really noticeable and I just feel shit. Obviously logically I know I can lose the few pounds again, but I put so much effort into eating healthily the majority of the time, that it feels so rubbish to have a week away and come back noticeably different.

I actually didn't have hang ups really when I was bigger, I wanted to lose a few pounds (I ended up losing a few stone) for health reasons but now I'm slimmer, I am much more obsessed.

I'm not sure what I am hoping to gain from their thread, does anyone relate to me at all?

I relate.

I was almost 18st and confident but wanted to lose for my health - lost 7st and have regained 3.5 so although I'm still a fair bit smaller than I was I feel bloody miserable and embarrassed by how I look.

Sometimes I wish I'd never bothered going on a "diet" as I was happier before.
