Blowout confessions

Anyone had a moment of weakness lately?

I've been ok for a while, touch wood. Usually I'd blowout if I come across a big packet of sweets or chocolate in the kitchen cupboard or hidden stash.

There's a couple of Christmas cakes which were baked at work, which I got stuck into as no one has touched them and didn't know if cakes go off after a few days or are durable?

Is this really a helpful thread for weight loss chat? Confused

It might be useful to know you can freeze most cake.

Deffo, reading others having blips make me feel less alone in the fight and help me stop giving up.

Regarding the cake, they never said to freeze it. They just asked me to put it in the oven. They told me to put the larger one in for 4 hours and the smaller one in for 2 hours. After 1 and a half hours, someone noticed a smell of burning. They were ok, just a little burned on the bottom. No one's touched them, so thought they were just going to go to waste so started getting stuck into one, but then thought maybe they were going to put icing or something on nearer xmas.

Think I'll have some more of it now.
