I'm 2 stone overweight, about a stone from my now 4 year old baby, and a stone or more from lockdown eating.

I'm busier than I have ever been and seem to treat eat alot and struggle with self discipline.

I'm interested in the body coach app which will be on offer soon, maybe it will make me do something.

BUT I have 3 kids including a teen and pre teen. I don't want to cook a different meal for me each night (wont happen) and i don't want them to think I'm dieting.

I'm interested in JW because of the whole package- exercise too, I want energy I stead of feeling sluggish etc!

If anyone has experience of combining the body coach app with family life, I'd love to hear.

Thank you

I love it but my weight fluctuates a lot if I don;t stick to it properly.

However, I feel much fitter and much happier than before I started it :)

Thank you @friendofdorothy.
Do you have children? If so, how do you combine cooking for them and you? Do you end up cooking 2 meals each time? Thanks

Try one of his cook book. Can't remember which one I've got but the meals are lovely (but very generous!) and would be easy to give the whole family.

I did it for 6 months, loved it however in my opinion I found that it was very expensive to buy all the food for all of the meals. Our food bills more than doubled.
I also stopped now I'm pregnant but would like to start again next year if I can find a cheaper way to do the meals!
The app workouts were really good and easy to do/fit in around children.

Thank you both for responding, sorry for my late reply- work got on the way!

@Girlintheframe which cookbook do you have please?

@sunflower198 don't think i can stretch to doubling the food budget! Its already too high, so thanks for the heads up!

Thank you *@friendofdorothy*. Do you have children? If so, how do you combine cooking for them and you? Do you end up cooking 2 meals each time? Thanks
Ooops sorry I missed this.

Sometimes they eat the same as me.. or I will adapt the basics and add some carbs for them and the husband.

Othertimes they eat beige food whilst I do a workout and I eat later.
