I've done a bit from his books, but am hoping to benefit from the app. I don't think I'll ever be super skinny (wine
) but I would like to shift some lbs and not want to weep at photos.
I'm short. 5ft 1. I'd like to lose a stone really, which I gained about 3 years ago and just resented while feeding it bread and cheese.
Would be good to have a support thread for anyone who's doing it.
