I'm 45 and I suspect peri menopausal. I HATE counting calories, but have 3 stone to lose 🙈
I REALLY need to do something about this. I weigh as much as I weighed when pregnant 10 years ago! I feel awful in myself.
Planning to do the following things this week to try and de-stress & start a weight loss journey:
Go swimming
Go cycling
Walk the dog (at least an hour)
Stop eating bread (it's crept back in recently)
No alcohol midweek (little at the wkend)
Do some yoga
Get a massage
Use my standing desk for work.
Cut out processed food.
Try HRT.
I will post here each day when I do any of the things on the above list.
