3 day blitz - who is joining me?

Back to work on Thursday, just tried on work clothes, a tad tight!!!

Anyone want to join me on a blitz for three days, just to kickstart a new me!!

Today's weight 11st 1lb xx

Just came across this ... how did it go ? How do you blitz for 3 days ? I quite like this idea as I am someone who would feel motivated by a bit of a boosted start
