Hi. I am really trying (and so far failing) to lose a couple of stone. My problem is that I do not have the time or inclination to start preparing separate meals for different family members and my husband has an enormous appetite and needs lots of carbs to full him up. Have 3 fussy-ish children (all under 8) Also, we always end up having bread pretty much every lunch time and so am really looking for some healthy non-bread lunch ideas. We both work at home and so have full kitchen facilities at lunch times. There are no such things as left overs in our house - whatever I cook, they'll eat! Really grateful for any tips.
