Hey gang, after the 1st lockdown I was starting to feel good about my body/weight... now after the 2nd lockdown I am at my heaviest (12st 11lbs).
As an overall goal I'd like to get down to 10st 11lbs, but I'd like to split this up into smaller goals. First one is 10lbs! I've been on it for about a week and I've lost 2lbs so 8 more to go!
Would anyone like to join me for some motivation?
I am doing a 20 minute workout everyday, trying to walk as much as possible and keep my calories at 1400.
