The Takeaway Diet!

Does anyone else wake up in the morning thinking today is the day that I will eat sensibly, only then to be stuffing in toast and lurpak by 8am (DD aged 2 1/2 wakes at 5am!)? My second DD is 12 weeks old but there is only so long you can blame the extra chubb on a new babe. Will I still be blaming surplus flab on "new babe" when she is sixteen?!! Already I am planning cosy night in with hubbie guzzling vino and munching crisps probably followed by a takeaway. How do you find some self control? I couldn't decide which thread to join, so hopefully someone will be able to come up with some great pearls of wisdom. I have tried every diet in the book, hence the idea to healthy eat rather than diet.....

Eat what you want, but only if it's not refined. Have brown bread for your morning toast. When you have a take-away boil your own brown rice at home and eat your take-away with that.
