Hi @Friedbanana!
I loved watching your previous thread and thought I would take the plunge and add to it.
I will say that you're already pretty slim, in my eyes. I'm 5'4" and weigh 10 stone! My ideal is where you are now, 9.3.
Anyways, I have spent the last few months, lowering my alcohol intake because I was drinking my calories and not eating enough food. I decided to eat more and I certainly ate a lot more but junk food! I've decided to join you this month because I'm turning 51 and it's time I stopped eating like a teenager. I won't get rid of it all but I will be reducing it. I don't believe in total restriction. My aim is to eat better.
I started yesterday, June 30th. I'll post photos at the end of my day. I live in the US so it will pop on here later during your days.
Anyways, I'm photographing everything food that has touched my lips. I won't add beverages, unless they are particularly calorific, but I always drink two cups of coffee, four 16oz of water, two herbal teas without sugar and one glass of juice, so I am well hydrated.
June 30
Breakfast: Sweet potato, Swiss chard, and red onion with a fried egg (and chipotle Cholula hot sauce), a 1/2 grapefruit with a touch of brown sugar, my vitamins and fruit punch that was in my fridge.
Lunch: A sad looking lunch but it was tastier than it looks. I was eating leftovers, as I needed to go to the grocery store so I was fridge diving. I had some pork chop and prawns to go with my very tasty salad. The salad had a selection of salad leaves, blueberries, carrots and pistachios and sunflower seeds with a mustard and tarragon dressing and a piece of bread. I'm was meant to make croutons with it but I was too lazy.
Calorific drink: Michelada is a Mexican drink for a hot day. It had Dos XX beer, tomato juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. It's rimmed with a lime and chile salt. It's like a beer Bloody Mary. I had to finish off the remaining beer in the fridge.
Dinner: Baked Anaheim chile and corn macaroni and cheese, topped with fried onions. It's not the best photograph because I chose my favorite part of the dish which is the crunchy end. It was spicy, which I love, and very cheesy. I normally would have added another vegetable as a side like courgette but I wasn't feeling it.
