Obviously no-one knows what they'll be left with but what do you do to try to help minimise excess skin?

Moisturise regularly, eat collagen rich diet (and what supports collagen making and absorbing) and take 1/4 of a recommended dose of collagen supplement because I am stingy and 4 tablets a days is ott for early 30s imo.🙈

Weight/strength training to improve muscle tone and fill out the skin a bit.

Lose weight slowly to give skin time to catch up and thus be less depressing, do weight training, moisturise regularly and massage it in well, take liposomal vitamin C which apparently has been clinically proven to help skin elasticity.
