I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my second child and never managed to shift the 10kg extra I gained after DS1. Overall, I’m 27kg over my weight before I had DS1 (I was 69kg before DS1, 79kg before current pregnancy and now 96kg). I have gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy. I’ve been trying hard to stay active during pregnancy but my diet hasn’t been the best 
I would love to hear your experience of post partum weight loss. What you did, how much lost, how long it too etc. I just need something to keep me motivated and not feel like all is lost!
