Intermittent Fasters - what times do you eat?

Say you're doing 16/8, or 18/6, or whatever. What times do you eat?

I'm just interested, as I want to formalise my eating a bit more and want to know what other people do.

I agree @Ellenthegenerous, I don't like eating late either. But I need to find a cutoff time where I don't feel deprived all evening, as well. 7pm might do it for me.

I drink black coffee during the fast, but only one mug or I’m wired. Other than that, just water.

12-8 in theory but often 11.30 - 7. I lost all the weight I wanted to over a year ago and have maintained by just continuing IF most days and relaxing a bit at weekends.

4am, 8am and 1pm ish. Extreme lark though. Don't do this every day, but lost 5 stone a couple of years ago and do this if I go above my top end of healthy zone.

I tend do do 12 -8pm on days off and 6pm -8pm on work days.
I have black coffee, pukka teas and sugar free squash.

Shock at 4am!!

Sounds like a good way to maintain, though. I have found it pretty easy to maintain my plateau, now need to get going back down the mountain!

I'm trying to shift the last 7lb so today have decided to throw 5:2 into the mix as well as 16:8. Has anyone done this and fixed a plateau? Got to admit I had chips at the beach yesterday so that's what's made me do this. I should really allow myself treats tho as im not overweight anymore but until I reach this 7lb off I get guilt when I do. Just hoping 5:2 can give me a teeny bit more freedom on the days im just on 16:8 and not a 500 cal day. If anyone has done this successfully pls let me know xx
