Best TDEE/BMR Calculator?

Hi, I used to use a calculator that would show you your TDEE as well as BMR, but have long since lost the link. I have Googled a few but there just not the same. Do you have a favorite TDEE/BMR, or one you can recommend? TIA. Smile

Thank you. :) I'm looking for one that does both TDEE and BMR (As I can't remember which one's which! Do you take calories of BMR, or TDEE to lose weight?)
