2lb a week lost - this week nothing. Is this usual?

Have reduced calories and increased exercise for the past 5 weeks, logging meals and reading articles on Noom. 2lb per week lost so far but today - no loss. Is it usual to plateau?

Yes, weight loss isn’t linear. As long as the general trend is downwards over a longer period, there’s no need to worry.

I go up up to 2kg with my period.

I’m interested in what noom actually entails. What does it involve?

Should have said, losing 8lb in 5 weeks is great. It sounds like it’s working for you.

I'm nooming too! Down 8lbs in three weeks. Expecting to hit a plateau soon as I tend to drop three weeks and then hold before starting to drop again.

Ah. That’s useful to hear thankyou@toppocket
Thanks for your comments too @PurpleDaisies
Noom is an app that you log meals, exercise etc. It gives you daily articles to read which are aimed at understanding the psychology behind food issues - which is helping to keep me on track.

I'm week 4 Noom.

Lost 5 pounds first two weeks. Lost and gained and lost the same pound last week Confused.

This week down nearly 1 and half pounds since Monday but not sure what's going to happen for the rest of the week.
