Need to kick start my weight loss over the next 2 weeks... ideas please of best things to do which will at least make me feel better quite quickly (flatter stomach, less bloat etc) even if not losing a huge amount in that time.

I'm not in a position to make recommendations (I need to wait another 12 days to see!) but I've just started following Chloe Ting on Youtube and she has a few 14 day or 21 day workout programmes available. I'm only on day (2) and I'm combining this with more healthy eating.

The structure of the programme works for me because each daily work-out comes in three or four separate videos. I'm slotting each chunk (10-15 minutes) into my normal day. One obvious benefit - I'm working from home still - is that if I take a 15 minute break mid-morning or mid-afternoon to follow a video, then I don't end up wandering into the kitchen and munching on biscuits. And at the end of each workout I'm reaching for a glass of water and nothing more Halo
