SW/WW/calorie counting

I've never done WW.
I've used SW recipes but not done SW if it makes sense.
I've done calorie counting using MFP and that's working well. I'm using the fast800 website and the Fast800 books for recipes. I do two days of 800 calories only and rest of the week low carb low calorie but upto 1200 calories. I also do intermittent fasting using the Fastic App, did 14:10 for a few weeks and now do 15:9. I've lost 5kg in 5 weeks which I'm happy with as I don't have a lot to lose anyway. The fast800 recipes are Mediterranean which I love anyway and I haven't got bored at all, really mix up what I eat, doesn't feel like I'm depriving myself or starving or even dieting to be honest.

I'm doing the Fast 800. I started last Monday and have lost 9lbs but I have A LOT to lose. It was hard at first but getting used to it now and not feeling as hungry. I fill up on water and green tea.

I really liked WW; I lost weight while still having the odd treat and not being starving all the time. Even after losing weight I still eat a lot of the meals I started eating when I was doing WW
