My fat arms.

My arms have always been a bit of a problem area, like my DM I store excess fat there.
I have recently lost 38lbs and I'm 8lbs away from a healthy BMI (although I only want to lose 4 more lbs because I look and feel my best at around that weight, so yes I'm still over weight.
I have lost inches all over, don't know the exact measurements because I only started taking them after I had already lost a stone (14lbs) but since taking them they haven't shrunk at all, waist, hips and thighs have but not my arms.

Anyone else have/had problem arms and if so, what did you do to get them looking leaner??

Congratulations on your weight loss.

It’s down to genetics where you actually store your fat though so you can’t change that, you can only change the amount of fat you have, if you are still going to be overweight then you will still have excess fat so it’s unlikely you will be able to shrink your arms much.

My fat gets stored on my belly and, with weight loss, everywhere else got leaner but, until I got towards the lower end of my BMI, my belly didn’t shrink at all.

Targetted exercise seems to help me a bit. I've never had fat arms before though. And massage from end towards shoulder, something like lymphatic massage.

Great job on the loss!
