I've got around 4 stone to lose so I could lose weight on 1600 / 1700 calories a day. But I keep slipping into the 'just one more biscuit won't hurt' mentality so haven't lost anything for ages. I'm starting today, 28 days of 1200 cals a day, no days off, to give myself a boost. Hoping to lose 8-10lb. Anyone want to join me?
