Does anyone else have trouble sleeping?

I've been focusing on weightloss for 40 days now and in the past 30 I've really upped my exercise. I go to bed at 11pm-ish but I don't fall asleep until 3-4am. Then I'm up at 7am with my kids.

I have pretty good "sleep hygiene" so why the heck can't I sleep now?! Never used to have this problem so waswondering if it could be dieting related? If that sounds bonkers I apologise, I'm very sleep deprived Grin o

It may be because of your body adjusting to the new routine or maybe there've been some stress. I have this problem sometimes, too, and it comes and goes no matter whether I'm trying to lose weight or not.

It might be the exercise. How hard are you going? HIIT and other intense exercise can stimulate cortisol which will mess with your sleep.
