I've been focusing on weightloss for 40 days now and in the past 30 I've really upped my exercise. I go to bed at 11pm-ish but I don't fall asleep until 3-4am. Then I'm up at 7am with my kids.
I have pretty good "sleep hygiene" so why the heck can't I sleep now?! Never used to have this problem so waswondering if it could be dieting related? If that sounds bonkers I apologise, I'm very sleep deprived
