Sading’s losing weight place

Hello, I’ve come here to have a little place to try and lose a bit of weight.

I’ve put on roughly 10lbs over lockdown. Most of that I’m the past month. I’ve no idea why. And I say roughly as my scales are inaccurate. I’ve just bought some electric scales and they put me at 4lbs heavier than I thought I was.

My hips have gone from 36 to 38 inches and my legs are large all the way down.

I want to be able to get back into my old clothes comfortably by the summer.

I’ve had eating problems in the past so try not to ban myself from eating anything. For this reason I can’t have bad or banned foods and I can’t count calories.

Ive been rubbish at exercise over the last year. I used to walk everywhere but I can’t walk for no reason so this hasn’t helped.

I’m going to try and keep running a few times a week and do Pilates as I love that.

I’m going to cut down on sugary snacks, carbs and chocolate. I don’t drink often but this last year I’ve been drinking so I’m going to cut that down or out. That shouldn’t be a problem.

I’m not overweight according to BMI, I’m fact I’m in the middles of good. I just want to be able to wear my size 10 clothes as at the moment I’m on 14 and elasticated waists.

If I put this here I may stick to it as o hate feeling like I do. I’ve got to be careful and healthy and I don’t want to mention weight on the hone as I don’t want my DDs hearing me.

I didn’t eat lots of. Hi plate eggs yesterday, Easter Sunday but I had four little ones. I didn’t have second helpings of dinner and I didn’t have pudding. I went for a run today. Lost 1 1/2 lb from my “frightened” start weight. I know it’s probably silly to measure like this but I needed to see the scales going in the right direction by just being moderate.

I’ve decided if I fancy something sweet to have a drink of water and if I still really need it I’ll have some cordial.
