Hey everyone,
I've been trying to lose weight since October last year I've lost just over 1 1/2 stone in that time but I still have a long way to go!
I'm finding myself snacking a lot in the evenings after dinner then feeling terrible about it but do the same thing again the next day 🤦🏻♀️
I'm basically looking for tips on what I can do to stop myself from doing this, any advice welcome!
I'm sick of losing a few pound then gaining it all back and so on 😫
