So I've just about tackled my diet / healthy eating and I'm looking to start exercising. I need to loose a couple of stones. Desperately.
I have some free weights at home that I want to start using and also just found an old skipping rope! Does anyone has experience with it at all? Have you used it for exercise / weight loss? Is it good? Effective?
Tips, advice, any suggestions would be very welcome and much appreciated. I'd love to hear first hand experiences. Or fancy joining me??
