Tier 3 Weight Management programme, fast track - any experience?

Hello lovelies,

I have my introductory session this Thursday, and I was wondering if anyone has been through this? I’m wondering how you found the sessions and the fast track programme if you did it. Also curious to know how much you lost?

Hi! Thanks for replying. So I had my first session last night, mostly intros and a brief run through if the program and the shakes, I should say I’m doing the fast track program with total meal replacement. The session was quite nice, I have some apps to sign up to today which are for keeping in contact with the group and dieticians. The sessions are every 3 weeks, and some of them are exercise based, not sure how that will work in my pokey living room but let’s see!

I’ve ordered all my shakes, and I’m ready to get going!

If it helps, I think I first asked about it in July/August last year, had a call in November I think, and got my letter to call and make my appointment last week. I’m in South London if that helps.

Hope you are able to get going soon, I’ll post back once I’ve been on it for a few days to let you know how it’s going.
