This sounds like you are calorie counting? And weightwatchers? And intermittent fasting? That’s a lot to take on at once.
I realised a few years ago that intermittent fasting described how I eat anyway as I’m rarely available to eat before 3pm. Then lockdown happened and I’m at home and the kids are at home so suddenly there is always food available, so I started to feel a bit unhealthy. Not sure how much i weight because I don’t have scales but my trousers got tighter so I started daily exercise- before it was once or twice a week. And have been building that up.
If you only eat chicken or beef in limited formats, maybe you’d be better off with a veggie diet to make sure you are getting enough protein. Egg, nuts, avocados, lentils, green vegetables?
I love beef, steak and a green salad with cucumber and avocado is a great meal for me. Real treat, I’ll stop talking about it or I’ll get hungry!
Anyway, I can sympathise with the snacking thing. Today I ate a hot cross bun for lunch, followed it with some cheese and an apple in the afternoon and then some almonds, some chocolate squares and then dinner which was roast chicken and roasted onions, carrots, peppers and lots of white cabbage with flatbread and tzatsiki (sp?) I have no idea how many calories - I always wonder how anyone knows? I generally just make sure I eat within reason between 1pm and 9pm roughly
I’m a late bird though, I stay up till maybe 2pm each night and don’t get up until 7.30am so you might want to adjust the hours to your choosing.
