I would be interested to know of any success stories please, for anyone who has used any of Pete Cohen's books etc for taking off weight.
I was sent an email about a daily advice/help which you recieve by email. His theory is mostly common sense, ie eat when you are hungry, do some excercise everyday...
Just wondering if anyone has followed this, and if it worthwile as a support system mainly.
